Technological process: profile pipes are a very popular product in the world market. There are several ways to make these profiles. Depending on the production method, the technical characteristics of the product will differ:

• Hot-rolled profile products of the seamless type have much less internal tension, which allows them to be used in places where high strength indicators are extremely important. They have dimensions from 15×15-150×150 mm. for square pipes and from 20×10 to 180×150 mm. for rectangular ones. The thickness of the walls can be from 1.5 to 5 mm. basically, this product is resistant to corrosion and to any aggressive acids and substances.
• Cold-rolled or standard profiles are more elastic designs that can withstand significant and constant pressure drops. They have dimensions from 10×10 mm. up to 40×40 mm, if we are talking about square pipes and from 12×10 to 60×40 mm. – for rectangular products. At the same time, the thickness of the walls can be from 0.6 to 2 mm.
• Cold-rolled profiles of the electrowelded type are strong and durable structures, but with strict compliance with operating norms. They have dimensions from 80×60 to 350×250 mm, or from 60×60 to 300×300 mm, with wall thickness from 4 to 12 mm.

The main areas of application: profile pipes of various cross-sections are used in structures that carry high mechanical and vibrational loads, for example: for the construction of various types of frames, complex ceilings.
