Technological process: galvanized corrugated board is a type of black rolled sheet metal that is shaped into a specific form (profile) and then coated with a fairly thick layer of zinc by hot-dip galvanizing. There are the following types: wavy profile, trapezoidal profile, U-shaped, and L-profile. Different shapes of these products give them additional rigidity.

Technical characteristics: the metal corrugated board is highly corrosion-resistant due to galvanizing (cathodic protection), has little weight, easy to install, and is a long-lasting material. In addition to the characteristics listed above, it has a pleasant appearance because the product can be covered with a colored polymer layer. It is also an economically beneficial material because it is cheaper than analogs. Corrugated board is divided into the following subtypes:

• Bearing profile is marked with the letter “H” and a number indicating the height of the sheet. It has a thickness of 0.7 mm to 1.2 mm and a height of 44 mm to 158 mm. It is used for roofing large industrial buildings, in areas where strong winds or snowfall are possible, and is suitable for inter-floor ceilings.
• Wall-mounted is marked with the letter “C. It is made of steel sheet from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm with a possible profile height of up to 20 mm. It is used in structures with low loads.
• Roofing – is marked with the letter “P, has a thickness of up to 0.9 mm, and a height of 20 mm to 44 mm. It has additional stiffening ribs, unlike wall corrugated board, so it can be used in places where are large mechanical loads.

Main applications: galvanized corrugated board and colored (polymer-coated) are widely used in industrial and civil construction for roofing, facades, installation of load-bearing structures, installation of walls, for erecting fences, inter-floor, attic, and other ceilings. This product is popular in the construction of quickly assembled buildings.
